How it works
Following a complimentary consultation, an initial mood board and budget will be discussed and once agreed upon, a £75 design fee is required to begin your bespoke journey. This covers the sourcing of at least three stones for your consideration, alongside detailed digital renders of your design. This fee is non-refundable but redeemable in full against the final price of your piece.
With your stone selected and design approved, 50% of your payment will be required to craft a wax model. This will give you the opportunity to visualise and review your design to and make any final adjustments before we proceed further.
Once you are happy, your jewellery will then be cast in solid gold, before your stone is expertly set and the piece brought to its final polish.
From here, our talented team will bring your design to life. The standard production timeline is four to six weeks, though, an expedited service is available should you require your piece sooner.
Once complete, your bespoke KFJ piece will be shared with you ahead of the final balance being paid. Your jewellery will be carefully inspected, beautifully packaged, and dispatched via our trusted couriers or arranged for collection. Ready to be worn, passed down and treasured for years to come.
